1. Saudi Female Principals (open for Saudi nationals)


Description:
The principal shall plan, direct and supervise the school and perform related duties as required. Her duties include, but are not limited to: Provide leadership, run day-to-day operations, enforce and develop regulations, promote staff professional growth, implement and enhance curricular and extracurricular programs, monitors facilities and resources, foster good school-community relations, develop long- and short-range plans, anticipate problems and initiate solutions, and be cognizant of student's and staff members' rights.

Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in relevant fields from accredited institution and recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education. At least 3 years past experience. Excellent command of English.

2. Saudi Female Academic Coordinators (open for Saudi nationals)


Description:
The academic coordinator serves as the point of contact for all teachers, students and parents for each specific program. Duties include: ensure that the academic component of each program is meeting expectations, provide guidance to teachers, sets the professional tone for the program, and serves as a positive role model for staff and students.

Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in relevant fields from accredited institution and recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education. At least 3 years past experience. Excellent command of English.

The teacher must demonstrate thorough knowledge in his/her subject matter, teach and assess effectively, and take responsibility for professional development. The teacher is responsible for planning, teaching and classroom management. Other duties include: identifying clear teaching objectives, setting tasks which challenge students and ensure high standard, setting appropriate expectations, building on prior attainment, make effective use of assessment, maintain discipline, be aware of and make provision for students who have particular individual needs, and providing clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge.
